Investment strategy

We have an institutional investment process that works as follows:

01.

Planning

We carried out a detailed and in-depth analysis to select the project and the Development Partner we associate with.

02.

Approval

Presentation the Investment Memorandum to our Committees, and once approved, we began the process of structuring the investment vehicle.

03.

Execution

We have the pre-development phase, where the project is designed, permits are obtained, specialized studies are conducted, and the brand is established. Subsequently, we move on to the development stage, where the urbanization and construction of the project take place. Once this process is completed, we begin the marketing stage, where we aim to stabilize the project, leading to the final stage of operation, where we prepare for the sale

Sale

The optimal timing for selling is evaluated, followed by the negotiation process and the closure of the project sale.
